House Tour – first house

When I moved to Pendleton in 2009, I immediately bought this ugly house on a nice street. As a serious project under-estimator, I figured it needed a year or two of serious TLC. Four years later, all the projects were complete and I managed to sell it for sale by owner in less than 2 months!

Here are the After photos. I’ll be adding the Before photos soon! Some of the work done included a new roof, all new windows and exterior doors, new exterior and interior paint, refinished wood floors (twice!), kitchen upgrade including ceramic tiling, and a bathroom gut and re-do.
